1/4 cup mayo
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp honey (optional)
1/2 tbsp dry mustard (or you can use wet mustard)
1/3 squeezed lemon
1/2 to 1 tsp old bay (or whatever seasoning blend you like for seafood)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 lb jumbo lump crab
6-8 crumbled saltine crackers (or you can use breadcrumbs)
1) Whisk all of the ingredients ingredients together, except for the crab and crackers.
2) Add the crab and the crumbled saltine crackers to the mixture and mix gently.
3) Form the crab cakes and place on a baking sheet lined with foil for easy cleanup.
4) Bake at 400 degrees (F) for 20 minutes. Broil at the end for 2 minutes for color. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
