Pasta Salad
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz cavatappi pasta, boiled according to package instructions
1/3 red onion, finely diced
1/3 green bell pepper, finely diced
1 carrot, finely shredded
½ tsp salt (or to taste)
1 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
1 tbsp granulated sugar (or to taste)
6 tbsp mayonnaise
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) In a bowl, add the cooked pasta. Mix in the prepped onion, green bell pepper, and carrot until well incorporated.
2) Add the salt, pepper, and sugar, and mix well.
3) Add the mayo, and mix well until evenly creamy throughout.
