½ cup lime juice (4-6 limes)
1 cup cream of coconut (sweetened or unsweetened, according to preference)
4 tbsp granulated sugar
½ cup hot water
3 cups cold water
1 cup crushed ice
1) Prep by juicing limes, smoothening cream of coconut, and adding the sugar to ½ cup of hot water, stirring until dissolved.
2) Add the lime juice, cream of coconut, sugar-water solution, cold water, and crushed ice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
