INGREDIENTS:
3 modest-sized ribeye steaks
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp green seasoning
2 tbsp wet jerk seasoning
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 crushed garlic cloves
3 springs thyme
2 sprigs rosemary
1 scallion stalk chopped into 3-5 pieces
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Season the steaks with salt, black pepper, green seasoning, and jerk seasoning. Massage the seasonings into the steak. Let the steaks marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes.
2) Add the olive oil to a grill pan or cast-iron skillet on medium- to medium-high heat. Add the steaks, and sear on one side for 3 minutes.
3) Flip the steaks, then add the butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and scallion. Baste for another 2-3 minutes or until desired doneness.
